Hi! My name is Lisa. I graduated with my Master of Social Work from Florida State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have been providing individual therapy for the past three years and have worked as a licensed social worker for over a decade. I have extensive experience working with people from diverse religions, cultures, identities, and sexual orientations. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, respected, and supported while receiving care with dignity and compassion.
I take a practical approach to therapy, focusing on client-centered and solution-focused techniques. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them navigate toward where they want to be rather than imposing an agenda. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
My personal and professional experiences with mental health, domestic violence, grief, anxiety, depression, and recovery from emotionally unhealthy and abusive relationship dynamics allow me to offer genuine empathy, understanding, and practical guidance to my clients.
