My name is Jesse Rosen, and let me tell you a little about myself. I have my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University. I am an LPC counselor and I love this field.
I have been a therapist for a bit now and have worked with many people from many different cultures. I have worked with adolescents in the city community, as well as some group counseling with substance use clients. Most recently, I have worked with those who suffer from anxiety, depression, and other disorders such as ADHD or OCD. I have worked with grief. I have also worked with the autism spectrum.
My style may be unique, as I am young at heart and into many things of pop culture. It helps me relate to those small interests we have. I like to take a philosophical approach to things, and sometimes, I may inquire about your reasonings for choices or beliefs. I believe most of what feeds our struggles is our own thoughts or views at times, so want it to be helpful when we dive deep into who you are.
I may take some time with my words, I may pause to think with you, and I never judge.
