I am a licensed social worker (LSW) with a vast background in helping others. Through my work, I am committed to helping people overcome whatever challenges they are facing. I have experience with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, overcoming trauma and other stresses that affect all of us at some time in our lives.

I believe that healing takes place through connection, and it is a collaborative process. Everyone is different, and the way in which we overcome obstacles should be tailored to every individual’s wants and needs.
